Ho Oponopono - Healing

Heal Yourself first, and fast by Healing Your Inner Child. Ho oponopono by Dr. Hew Len

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Dr. Hew Len's Ho'oponopono shows how simple words can take care of your most complex problems

The problems are not people, places, and situations but rather the thoughts of them.

In 1976 a healing priest Morrnah Simeona, adapted the traditional Hoʻoponopono of family mutual forgiveness.

Like in the Hawaiian tradition she emphasized on prayer, forgiveness, repentance, and making mutual amends. She believed that by releasing unhappy, negative experiences of past reincarnations, one could resolve and remove traumas from the memory banks or karma. Once the bondages were removed the mind could evolve, and karmic cleansing could take place.

Through transmutation in the mind, problems lose their energy in the physical form, so if you change the energy then you can change matter. In a way, energy, matter, space and time are all aspects of the same thing. With this understanding, physical and emotional healing begins.

After Simeona's death Ihaleakala Hew Len, brought a new perspective to the main objective of Hoʻoponopono. He said no memories = no identity. If there is no identity then it does not exist in reality. He said to achieve Ho oponopono', you take all the responsibility, all 100%. You take responsibility for your thoughts and actions and everyone’s thoughts and actions. Because what you experience, is only through your own 5 senses of touch, taste, hearing, sight and smell. Everything inside of you is a reflection of you. So, if you want to change anything outside of you, you change your inside first. Your reality exists only as a projection of your experience and comes only from within you. If you erase that memory then it no longer exists in reality and the person is healed.

The simple prayer is "I am sorry, I realize that I am responsible for the problem in my life and I feel terrible remorse that something in my consciousness has caused this, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.

Call me if you wish to discuss the essence and true meaning of ‘Responsibility’ or ‘Ho’oponopono’ in greater detail if you feel this resonates with you. Many find it difficult to accept or understand – “How can I be responsible for someone else’s actions?” But once you get it, it is one of the quickest paths to healing, awakening and ascension.
